Oniel Kurup

Oniel Kurup is a healthcare executive, real estate developer, and entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in the Sugar Land and Richmond, Texas markets. His career spans healthcare services, medical real estate, residential development, and franchise operations, with a consistent focus on building and scaling businesses that serve growing communities.

He previously served as CEO of Fairmont Hospice and Home Health, where he led patient-centered growth since 2015, expanding access to home-based care across the region. Following the sale of a majority interest to LifeCare, he continues to be involved in the strategic expansion of healthcare services and related medical real estate initiatives, including partnerships with institutional capital.

He is also the co-founder of Tremont Health Care Partners, a management services organization focused on physician practice growth and operational support.

In addition to his clinical and operational leadership, Oniel owns and operates Hospice and Home Health Solutions, a medical equipment company serving over 1,000 patients across Texas. His earlier experience includes owning and operating assisted living facilities for nearly a decade, providing a strong foundation in long-term senior care.

Beyond healthcare, Oniel is actively involved in real estate development. His portfolio includes custom home development within the Indigo master-planned community in Richmond, Texas, as well as co-development of a 34,000-square-foot medical and commercial office building designed for physician ownership. He is also a franchisee and multi-unit operator within the Überrito Fresh Mex platform, actively involved in the growth and expansion of its locations.

A long-time resident of the Sugar Land/Richmond area, Oniel is committed to community-driven development. He previously served on the board of the Aliana master-planned community, working alongside developers on planning and governance. His work reflects a broader vision of integrating healthcare, housing, and commercial development to support sustainable regional growth.
